Regional Government Strategies in Developing the Regional Development Budget in Overcoming Poverty at Rokan Hulu Regency

Abstract This research is related to the Statistics of Riau Province, which noted that poverty rate has increased from year in Rokan Hulu Regency. Poverty afflicts 74.73 thousand people responsibility state, including regional government. The purpose this study was determine strategy government preparing Regional Government Budget Regency completing mission. type a qualitative with an empirical juridical approach. data used primary form interviews informants and secondary obtained literature review legislation documents. It found complete mission include special programs for poor. takes agricultural assistance, agriculture, plantations so on. problem some these aids are not well targeted there weak supervision Therefore, it can be said developed mission, but its implementation no drawbacks, namely inappropriate assistance weakness local supervision.
